Q: Do you support Pilot Runs for new brands?
A: Yes. We understand the need to test the market. For qualified projects, we can secure dedicated production slots for smaller pilot runs (Make-to-Order). Please include your launch plan in the inquiry for assessment.
Q: Is the price for a Trial Order the same as a Bulk Order?
A: Pilot runs carry a setup surcharge due to the dedicated machine startup costs. However, this is an investment in quality—you get the exact same Tier-1 product as global brands, not generic market stock.
Q: What is the lead time for Trial Orders?
A: Please anticipate a flexible lead time (typically 10-15 days longer than standard orders).
Since our production lines are optimized for high-volume runs, Trial Orders are scheduled into “production gaps” to maintain factory efficiency. This scheduling flexibility is what allows us to offer such a low MOQ without huge setup fees.
